Return Policy

Core S.r.l. (hereinafter "Core", "we", "us" or "our" as appropriate) is happy to help you return or exchange your items purchased on its website.

• All items have a 14-day money-back guarantee.
• Items must be in new/unused condition with original packaging and hangtags.
• Only defective products may be returned after use or without hangtags.

Should you wish to return your items, you will receive a reimbursement of all payments made for the products, including any standard shipping costs paid at the time of purchase, and customs duties and VAT paid on the original order in the case of extra-EU countries. Return shipping costs are handled differently depending on your order type, as detailed below: 

EU* Orders: if your order was placed through our online store (eu.unionbindingcompany.com), Core will provide you with a free prepaid return shipping label. Simply attach the label to your package and ship it back at no cost to you. 

Extra-EU** orders: for orders shipped outside the European Union, return shipping is entirely at the customer's own charge, responsibility and cost. Please follow these steps carefully to avoid delays or additional costs: 

1. Before shipping your order back, please submit a request through the RETURN REQUEST button below, to confirm your return.  We will send you a copy of your original invoice to include with your return shipment and we will give you delivery details. 
2. Core does not reimburse the cost of shipping the item back to us, nor any customs or clearance fees generated by the return shipment itself. This is separate from the customs duties and VAT paid on your original order, which are refunded as described in the "Refunds" section above. 
3. Always inform your carrier that this is a return shipment and ask them how to declare it correctly. 
4. On the shipping package, always indicate: RETURN SHIPMENT FOR E-COMMERCE ORDER, followed by the carrier name and tracking number of your original delivery. 
5. Include the copy of the invoice we send you, striking through any items you are not returning. 
6. Once you have shipped the package, reply to the invoice email and include your return tracking number so we can monitor your shipment. 
7. If Core is charged any import duties, customs fees, or clearance costs upon arrival of the returned package, the package will be refused, or the corresponding costs will be deducted from your refund or invoiced to you separately. 

Pro Program orders (EU): if your order was placed through a Pro Program account, a flat return fee of €15 applies to all European countries. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and the €15 fee will be deducted directly from your refund amount once the return is processed.  For Extra-EU orders, please see the "Extra-EU orders" section above. 

Products purchased from a retailer must be returned to the point of purchase.

Currently, Core is unable to offer exchanges. For now, you may return your original item and place a new order for the item you would like instead. Due to stock availability, we recommend placing your replacement order as soon as possible.

Package the return shipment securely. Use the original packaging. Please remove or cover all old labels and barcodes. Please keep the receipt that you will receive when the package is shipped. Using the tracking service, you can monitor the status of your return and make sure it has arrived correctly at its destination. 

Core takes no responsibility until the moment the package reaches its warehouse. 

If you received a free gift as part of a promotion, you will also need to return the free gift if you decide to return your order. If the free gift is not returned, don't worry: we will simply deduct the value from your refund. 

*EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
