Returns and exchanges
Core S.r.l. (hereinafter “Core”, “we”, “us” or “our” as appropriate) is happy to help you return or exchange your items purchased on its website.
- All items have a 30 days money-back guarantee.
- Items must be in new/unused condition with original packaging and hangtags.
- Only defective products may be returned after use or without hangtags.
- For defective warranty returns, please make reference to our warranty page.
Please consider that the terms provided by the present policy are additional to the returns and exchanges rights provided by the applicable laws and, by way of an example, by Art. 52 of the Italian Consumer Code.
You are required to cover all shipping costs (including custom duties and Country VAT in case of Extra EEC Countries) in case of return or collection and subsequent shipment in case of exchange of goods.
- If products do not meet the conditions outlined in this Returns and Exchanges page, they may be rejected. In these cases, the returned products will be shipped back to you and no refund will be issued.
- Likewise, if items are returned for warranty replacement and deemed to be damaged due to user error, the items will be returned and no replacement product will be issued.
- Please contact us if you have additional questions regarding the rejection of a returned item.
Returning product for Warranty
Core is unable to process warranty returns without a copy of the original proof of purchase showing the product is within the warranty timeframe and that you are the original purchaser.
Product purchased from a Retailer
Product purchased from a retailer must be returned to the point of purchase. The retailer will then process the warranty with Core on your behalf.

- If your product was purchased directly from eu.unionbindingcompany.com, all warranty related inquiries must be directed to your order invoice.
- Before proceeding with the shipment of the warranty return Submit A Warranty Claim Here
- If you send in your warranty return without Submit A Warranty Claim Here we will be unable to process your warranty return request.
- Exact product replacement depends on inventory availability.
You are responsible for shipping charges to mail back warranty returns.

At this time Core is unable to offer exchanges, but we’re working on it!
For now, you may return your original item and place a new order for the item you would like instead. Core is sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Due to stock availability, we recommend placing your replacement order as soon as possible.
Before proceeding with the shipment please contact us to confirm your exchange (mandatory).
If you received a free gift as part of a promotion, you will also need to return the free gift if you decide to return your order. If the free gift is not returned, don’t worry: we will simply deduct the value from your refund.

Tips for returning your item
Package the return shipment securely. Use the original packaging. Please remove or cover all old labels and barcodes. Please keep the receipt that you will receive when the package is shipped. Using the tracking service, you can monitor the status of your return and make sure it has arrived correctly at its destination.
Core takes no responsibility until the moment the package reaches its warehouse.

Shipment processing time
Products are generally delivered within 15 (fifteen) business days of the receipt of the order and in any case within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days of the receipt of the order. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Delivery dates are indicative and not binding; failure to meet delivery dates does not entitle you to terminate the agreement or exercise any right to damages.
In case of high volume of orders and/or adverse weather conditions and/or other circumstances, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, Core S.r.l. (hereinafter “Core”, “we”, “us” or “our” as appropriate) will contact you via email or telephone.
Core applies FREE shipping on orders over € 99.00.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Orders fulfilled by us are dispatched from Italy so you will not be charged any additional taxes or duties if you live in a member state of the EU.
For countries outside of EU you may be asked to pay customs import Tax or VAT charges if your order passes through your local customs office.
We will not refund these charges.
Unfortunately, Core has no control over these charges or the costs applicable as these vary from Country to Country. Therefore, we recommend you to contact your local customs office to find out more about any possible charges you may be required to pay.
Please verify the conditions of the product delivered and save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Core S.r.l. (hereinafter “Core”, “we”, “us” or “our” as appropriate) accepts the following payment methods:

The payment will be in the currency pointed out at the checkout.
Out of Stock notice
Core only accepts orders for items that are currently in stock.
In the unusual event that an order is placed for an item that is not in stock, Core will contact you via the email address provided on your order and we will have the right to cancel your order.
In case Core cancels your order, you will be entitled to the refund of the amount you paid for the purchase of the items which are found to be out of stock.
The refund will occur within a maximum of 15 days from your request.
As an alternative to the aforementioned refund, you can choose to obtain a discount voucher which shall be spent on purchases on the website.
Should we not receive a reply from you within 3 (three) business days from the notice to choose between the refund and the voucher, we will immediately ship all in-stock items and any orders placed for out of stock items will be cancelled and refunded.
Once the order form has been submitted, Core will send you an order confirmation containing the following:
- the descriptions of the purchased item;
- the relevant price;
- an indication of the method of payment;
- an indication of delivery charges and any additional costs.
The agreement shall be deemed concluded only upon confirmation of the order by Core.
Credit Card Security
Payments on the website are operated by third party payment services providers.
All information and data required for the payment, including payment cards’ details (card number, holder, expiry date, security code) are transmitted via encrypted protocol to the payment management system, which provides the relevant remote electronic payment services, without third parties having access thereto. Core never has access to and does not store any payment cards’ details on its systems.
